These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and CollectIQ Technologies LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company ("CollectIQ," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the CollectIQ platform available at trycollectiq.com and related services (collectively the "Service").
CollectIQ provides an AI-powered accounts receivable management and invoice recovery platform that enables businesses to score debtor accounts, automate outreach communications, process payments, and manage collections workflows. The Service includes web-based software, API access, integrations with third-party services, and related support services.

CollectIQ offers the following subscription plans:
All plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period ends a valid payment method is required to continue using the Service. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.
Annual subscriptions are paid in full upfront and are non-refundable except as required by law. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
CollectIQ reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days written notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
New customers receive a 30-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period you must select a subscription plan to continue using the Service. CollectIQ reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business-to-business collections purposes. You must not use the Service to:
CollectIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.
CollectIQ is designed for business-to-business (B2B) collections only. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations including but not limited to:
CollectIQ does not provide legal advice. We recommend consulting with a qualified attorney before using the Service to ensure compliance with laws applicable to your business and jurisdiction.
You retain all ownership rights to your data including debtor information, invoice data, and business data you upload or sync to the Service. You grant CollectIQ a limited, non-exclusive license to use your data solely to provide the Service to you.
CollectIQ may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from all customers to improve the Service, train AI models, and generate industry benchmarks. This aggregated data does not identify you or your debtors individually.
The Service and all related software, AI models, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other content are the exclusive intellectual property of CollectIQ Technologies LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Twilio, and SendGrid. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service and privacy policies of each third-party provider. CollectIQ is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
CollectIQ targets 99.9% monthly uptime for the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding our SLA targets Enterprise customers are entitled to service credits as specified in their Enterprise Service Agreement. Starter and Growth plan customers are not entitled to service credits for downtime.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COLLECTIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
COLLECTIQ'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO COLLECTIQ IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. COLLECTIQ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SPECIFIC RECOVERY OUTCOMES WILL BE ACHIEVED.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CollectIQ Technologies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service. CollectIQ may terminate or suspend your access immediately without notice for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that may cause harm to CollectIQ or other users.
Upon termination you will have 30 days to export your data. After 30 days all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
CollectIQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and CollectIQ regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
