What the 2% applies to. Only money paid through CollectIQ: invoices you send from the platform, and overdue invoices it recovers. Nothing is charged on your subscription, on invoices paid without our involvement, or on balances that never get collected. Payments go directly to your own bank account through Stripe. CollectIQ never holds your money.

Card and bank fees are separate, and come out before you. The 98% above is before payment processing. Like any payment app, Stripe's card and bank costs are passed through at cost. On a $1,000 invoice you receive about $965.75 if your customer pays by bank (ACH), or about $941.45 by card, with CollectIQ's 2% already included in both figures. Bank payment costs much less, so CollectIQ offers it first.

Questions about pricing

Is the 2% charged on everything I invoice?
No. It applies only to invoices that are paid through CollectIQ — ones you send from the platform, and overdue invoices it recovers. If a customer pays you directly by check or wire without CollectIQ's involvement, there is no fee. There is never a fee on an invoice that doesn't get paid.
Do I need QuickBooks or Xero to use CollectIQ?
No. CollectIQ creates and sends invoices on its own, so it works as your invoicing system if you don't have one. If you already run QuickBooks Online or Xero, the Growth plan brings those invoices in so you aren't entering anything twice.
What are the founding rates?
The prices above are our current rates. The first 25 customers keep the rate they start on for the life of their subscription, so if prices rise as we ship more, founding customers stay where they started.
Are there setup fees or per-seat charges?
No setup fees, no implementation charges, and no per-seat pricing. Each plan includes its stated number of agents.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 30 days free and no credit card. You can change plans during the trial. If you don't continue, nothing is charged.
Can I cancel?
Yes. No contracts and no cancellation fees — cancel in two clicks from your dashboard. Founding-rate pricing is guaranteed while your subscription stays active.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Paying annually gives you two months free on any plan.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own bank account through Stripe. CollectIQ never takes custody of your customers' payments.
